Last updated 30 October 2026
Who we are
Adstroke (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a digital marketing agency offering Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, AI SEO and agentic commerce services. We are based at Ansal Golf City, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226002, India.
This policy explains what personal data we collect through adstroke.com and our services, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 in mind. If you contact us from another country, we also follow any local data protection rules that apply to you.

Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request an audit or contact us, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number (if you add one), website, business type, monthly ad spend range, the services you’re interested in and any message you write.
Information collected automatically
Along with your form submission we record the page you were on, the page you first landed on, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you used (such as UTM parameters or ad click IDs). This tells us which of our own marketing is working.
If analytics or advertising tools are active on the site, they may also collect device, browser and usage information. Our cookie policy explains this in detail.
Information from client work
If you become a client, we may access your ad accounts, analytics, store or CRM data to deliver our services. We handle that data only on your instructions and only for the work we’ve agreed.
How we use your information
- To prepare your free audit and contact you about it.
- To reply to questions and send proposals you ask for.
- To deliver services, send invoices and manage our relationship if you become a client.
- To understand which of our marketing brings in enquiries, so we can improve it.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam and misuse.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t use it for anything unrelated to the reasons above.
Consent and legal basis
By submitting our form, you consent to us processing your details for the purposes described here. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us, and we’ll stop processing your data except where the law requires us to keep it.
Where you are a client, we also process data because it’s needed to perform our contract with you.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Web3Forms, which processes our website form and delivers submissions to our inbox.
- Google Workspace or Gmail, where we receive and store email.
- HubSpot, our CRM, which records website visits and enquiries so we can follow up properly.
- Google Tag Manager, which loads our analytics and advertising tags.
- Analytics and advertising platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta, if their tags are active on the site.
- Accounting, invoicing and payment providers, if you become a client.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, property or safety.
International transfers
Some of our providers store data on servers outside India. When that happens, we use providers with recognised security standards, and we follow any restrictions the Indian government places on transfers to particular countries.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and then for as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually eight years. After that, we delete or anonymise the data.
How we protect it
We use secure, access-controlled tools, two-factor authentication on our accounts and encrypted connections (HTTPS) on this website. Only people who need your information for their work can see it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will tell you promptly if a breach affects you.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Correct or update information that is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete your personal data, where we don’t need to keep it by law.
- Stop using your data for marketing.
- Withdraw consent you’ve given.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to.
To make a request, email theadstroke@gmail.com. We’ll acknowledge it within 7 days and respond fully within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
Grievances
If you have a concern about how we handle your data, write to our grievance contact at theadstroke@gmail.com or by post to Adstroke, Ansal Golf City, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226002, India. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India or the data protection authority where you live.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If a change significantly affects how we use your data, we’ll make it clear on this page.
