Refund and cancellation policy
How cancellations and refunds work for our services.
Last updated 30 October 2026
Overview
We want every engagement to be worth what you pay. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our services. If you have a signed proposal or agreement with different terms, that document applies instead.
Free audits
Audits are free. There’s nothing to pay, cancel or refund, and no obligation to hire us afterwards.
Initial 90-day term
Monthly services start with an initial 90-day term. That’s how long it takes to fix tracking and account foundations and get reliable test results. You can still end the engagement early if we materially fail to deliver what was agreed and don’t put it right within 14 days of you telling us in writing.
Cancelling after 90 days
After the initial term, services continue month to month. You can cancel at any time by email with 30 days’ notice. We’ll finish the work in progress, hand over everything that belongs to you and remove our access to your accounts.
Refunds
- Monthly management fees are paid in advance and aren’t refundable once the month has started, because the work is planned and booked for that month.
- Fees paid for a month that hasn’t started are refunded in full if you cancel with the required notice.
- One-off projects, such as landing pages or audits for a fee, are refundable in full before work starts. Once work has started, we refund the portion not yet delivered.
- If we cancel an engagement for reasons that aren’t your fault, we refund any fees paid for work not yet done.
Ad spend
Ad spend is paid directly by you to Google, Meta and other platforms. It isn’t collected or held by Adstroke, so we can’t refund it. Any credits or refunds for ad spend are handled by the platform under its own policies, and we’re glad to help you request them.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. To request a cancellation or refund, email theadstroke@gmail.com with your business name and invoice number.
