What changed for our clients

Each of these started with an audit. None of them started with “spend more”. Numbers come from the clients’ own ad accounts, store and CRM data.

Vellora’s women’s fashion store on a laptop in a sunlit boutique

Vellora, women’s fashion on Shopify Plus. Google Ads and Meta Ads. Five months.

Less wasted Shopping spend, and a creative angle that scaled

The problem. Performance Max was taking 70% of the Google budget, and most of it went to plain tees and camis with the thinnest margins in the range. On Meta, the same studio lookbook had been running for a year.

What we did. We added margin, bestseller and stock labels to the feed, gave hero dresses and co-ord sets their own Shopping campaigns and switched bidding to profit. On Meta we tested twelve angles in six weeks. Short try-on videos showing how the linen moves and holds its shape beat everything else, so we built a monthly shoot around them.

What changed. Spend moved toward the pieces that make money, new-customer costs on Meta came down, and return rates held steady even as orders grew.

+41%contribution margin in 90 days
3.4xShopping ROAS, up from 2.1x
−28%cost per new customer on Meta
Maren Studio’s women’s workwear store on a laptop

Maren Studio, women’s workwear on Shopify. SEO and AI SEO. Two quarters.

From page three to the answer box

The problem. Beautiful tailoring, but collection pages with a heading, a product grid and nothing else. When people asked AI assistants for a good linen blazer for work, three competitors came up and Maren never did.

What we did. We rewrote eleven core collections, published fit and fabric guides written with the in-house pattern cutter and fixed product schema across the catalogue. We also helped the team land two editorial roundups that assistants kept citing.

What changed. Organic traffic from non-brand searches tripled, and Maren Studio now appears in nearly half of the tracked AI answers in its category.

+212%non-brand organic sessions
46%share of tracked AI answers
6.8xvisits from AI assistants
Brightline Dental’s consultation booking page on a laptop

Brightline Dental, five dental clinics. Google Ads, Meta Ads and local SEO. Four months.

Paying for consultations, not form fills

The problem. Plenty of leads, very few patients. Campaigns were optimized to form fills, all ads pointed at the home page and nobody could say which calls came from ads.

What we did. We connected the practice-management system to Google and Meta so booked consults and accepted treatment plans flowed back as conversions. We built a landing page for each main treatment, added call tracking per location and set up instant lead alerts for the front desk.

What changed. Ad budgets moved toward the searches and audiences that turn into patients, and new leads now get a reply within minutes.

−37%cost per booked consult
2.3xaccepted treatment plans
4 minmedian response time to new leads
Juno Denim’s women’s denim store on a tablet

Juno Denim, women’s denim on Shopify. Agentic commerce and Google Shopping. Eight weeks.

Getting found by AI shopping agents

The problem. Fit details lived in long descriptions and photos. The feed was missing rise, inseam, stretch and wash, and the returns policy was one friendly paragraph.

What we did. We mapped the catalogue to Shopify’s standard taxonomy, moved rise, inseam, leg shape, stretch and wash into structured fields, rewrote titles, and turned shipping and returns into clear, specific policies.

What changed. The cleaner data lifted Google Shopping straight away, and the first orders from AI shopping channels arrived within three weeks.

97%catalogue completeness, up from 58%
+19%Shopping impressions
3 wksto first agent-driven orders
