Last updated 30 October 2026
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of adstroke.com and, unless a signed agreement says otherwise, to the services Adstroke provides. Adstroke is based at Ansal Golf City, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226002, India. By using the website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Using this website
You may use this website to learn about our services and contact us. You agree not to:
- Submit false information or someone else’s details through our forms.
- Send spam, malicious code or automated submissions.
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale or gain unauthorised access to the site.
- Copy or republish our content as your own.
Free audits
Our free audit is offered without obligation. It reflects our professional opinion based on the information available to us at the time, and it isn’t a guarantee of future performance. You’re free to use the recommendations with or without us.
Our services
The scope, deliverables, fees and timelines for any paid work are set out in a written proposal or agreement. If that document conflicts with these terms, the proposal or agreement wins.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing:
- Fees are invoiced monthly in advance and are due within 7 days of the invoice date.
- Prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes.
- Ad spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platforms and is separate from our fees.
- Engagements start with an initial 90-day term and continue month to month after that. See our refund and cancellation policy.
Your accounts and data
Ad accounts, analytics properties, pixels, Merchant Center accounts and similar assets are created in, or transferred to, your name. You keep ownership of them at all times. You give us the access we need to do the work, and you can remove that access whenever you like.
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including product details, prices, claims and policies, and for making sure you have the rights to any content you ask us to use.
No guaranteed results
Advertising and search performance depends on many things we don’t control, including platform algorithms, competition, seasonality, your pricing, stock and website. We commit to doing skilled, diligent work, but we can’t guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales or returns. Case studies and figures on this website describe past work and aren’t a promise of what you’ll see.
Third-party platforms
Our work relies on platforms run by others, such as Google, Meta, Shopify and AI assistants. Their policies, prices and features can change at any time. We aren’t responsible for platform outages, account suspensions, policy decisions or changes they make, though we’ll help you respond to them.
Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this website belong to Adstroke unless stated otherwise. Once you’ve paid for a project, you own the ad copy, landing pages and other work we create specifically for you. We keep ownership of our own methods, templates, tools and know-how, and we may describe the general nature of our work for you in our marketing unless you ask us not to. We’ll never publish your results or name without your permission.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver our services. We’re happy to sign a separate non-disclosure agreement if you need one.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Adstroke is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to cover any losses, claims or costs we incur because of content, claims or materials you supplied, or because you broke these terms or the law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Before going to court, we’ll both try in good faith to resolve the issue by discussion.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown at the top. Questions can go to theadstroke@gmail.com.
